The Trading Circle is a not-for-profit Fair Trade organisation directly importing fair trade products from 40 different produce groups, mostly from South Asia, Africa and South America. The Trading Circle started in 1995 as a response to the extreme poverty they saw within the network of the Sisters of the Good Shepherd. What makes The Trading Circle stand out is that they believe women are the key to make the world free from injustice and poverty. The Trading Circle supports the efforts of women and their journey of out of poverty with all the products at the store being fair trade and hand made by women
